We are pleased to advise our valued clients that Homelink (Pvt) Ltd has opened up an office at Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom (U.K) effective 01 July 2008. Homelink has established a company in the United Kingdom which is known as Homelink Kumusha Ekhaya Limited and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Homelink (Pvt) Ltd Zimbabwe.
In this regard we will no longer be requiring the services of Angwa Associates who have served us well since December 2004. This means that Angwa Associates are no longer operating as an agent of Homelink (Pvt) Ltd. All clients previously with Angwa-Associates will now be served directly at our Homelink UK offices.
In our quest to re-vitalise the Homelink brand and re-introduce ourselves to our clients, we have realized a growing need to be geographically closer to our clients which has culminated in this development.

It is anticipated that the opening up of Homelink offices in UK will grant us an opportunity to have better interaction with our clients in terms of timeous up-date of accounts, faster turn-around time of statement dissemination and generally a greater ease of communication with all stakeholders.
Following the recent visits to the UK by the CEO, Mr. A. Choruma and Board Member, Dr. E Bloch, there will now be regular visits to the U.K office by Homelink’s senior management to keep abreast of any pertinent developments.
We have also opened our own bank account in the UK through Barclays Bank. All payments previously paid into the Angwa Associates HSBC bank account must now be directed to our Barclays Bank account. We urge all our valued clients to switch to our Barclays Bank account as soon as possible. We also appreciate that for those customers with standing orders, the process may take a bit of time.

It is envisaged that this change-over will take approximately (3) three months during which time our clients will have ample opportunity to ease into this transition, in particular those who have to effect changes in standing order instructions to their respective banks.
We have appointed Ms. Chanazi Ngaru, previously with Angwa-Associates, as our Office Administrator. We will soon be appointing an Office Manager to oversee our operations in the United Kingdom, United States of America and Europe. This dedicated team will be manning the office on a full time basis (Monday to Friday 0900hours to 1700hours) and will be available to attend to any queries on the Housing Scheme and other products and services that are offered by Homelink.
