ZimTrade Export Processing Zones Authority Zimbabwe Investment Centre
ZimTrade has become the regional nerve centre for effective trade information. With its emphasis on the private sector, ZimTrade provides a wide range of services aimed at promoting international trade and, in particular, developing exports. The EPZ Authority is the first port of call for any investor wishing to invest in Export Processing Zones. It has been tasked by the Government to promote zone development and the carrying on of export-oriented activities in these zones. Zimbabwe’s prime investment promotion agency. Co-ordinate and facilitate non-resident investment proposals for acceptance, Promote and facilitate investment by both domestic and foreign investors, Promote joint ventures between local and foreign investors.

Homelink Housing Development Scheme
The Homelink Housing Development Scheme (HHDS) enables non-resident Zimbabweans to purchase or build a home in Zimbabwe and pay for it over a period of up to five years. Loans for stands have to be repaid within 12 months. The loans are disbursed in Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe dollars whilst the loan repayments should be made in foreign currency.
