The Homelink Housing Development Scheme (HHDS) has seen numerous non-resident Zimbabweans becoming home owners in an area of their choice in Zimbabwe . This facility is also available to resident Zimbabweans who are legitimate earners of foreign currency.

Regrettably, Homelink has ceased to offer loans for construction purposes

Payout of loans is based on the borrower's ability to repay the loan.

The loan is paid out in Zimbabwe Dollars and repayments are made over a maximum period of 5 years for a complete home and 12 months for residential stands in foreign currency. There are no early repayment charges.
