Mr
David Munyoro
Mr Munyoro is Permanent Secretary in the Ministry
of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.
He has 24 years experience within government, most
of which were in local government. He spent
14 years as a District Administrator and five years
as Provincial Administrator.
He served for three years as Director of Youth Development
in the Ministry of Youth, Gender and Employment
Creation, before being elevated to the post of Permanent
Secretary within the same ministry. He was later
appointed to his present post.
Mr Munyoro holds a Masters degree in Social Science (Urban
and Regional Studies) and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Public and Social Policy.
He is married and has four children. |
