Mr Tavenganiswa Mabikacheche
Mr Mabikacheche is Chairman of the Estate Agents' Council of Zimbabwe and Managing Director of Mabikacheche & Associates.
He is a registered estate agent, Chairman of the Estate Agents' Council of Zimbabwe Board of Examiners, a board member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe, a member of the High Court panel of valuers and a past member of the Rent Board.
Mr Mabikacheche holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Administration from the University of London. He is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in London, a Professional Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe, a Professional Honorary Life Member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe and a Member or the South African Institute of Valuers.
Between 1980 and 1987 he worked as a valuer or senior valuer for Knight, Frank and Rutley (in both the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe), the Ministry of Construction and the City of Harare. In July 1987 he became Managing Director of Mabikacheche & Associates.
He has done rating work for local authorities in Harare, Mutare, Kariba, Hwange, Kadoma and Rusape and real estate work in Botswana, Swaziland and Zambia, as well as in the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. |
