Homelink (Pvt)
Ltd Board of Directors
The Governor
of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Dr G. Gono,
appointed the Board of Directors for Homelink
(Pvt) Ltd with effect from 1 February 2005.
The Homelink Board is made up of private sector business people with considerable
experience in investment, marketing, real
estate and other areas which will benefit
the company.

Mr
Herbert Nkala, Chairman
Mr Nkala is the former chief executive of the Rainbow
Tourism Group and a director of many companies.
He is passionate about the Homelink concept and
has chaired the Reserve Bank Advisory Board's Publicity
and Communication Sub-committee, which has spearheaded
the Homelink drive, from the time that it was set
up by the Governor of the Reserve Bank, Dr Gideon
Gono, in April 2004.

Mr Allen Choruma, Chief Executive Officer,
Homelink
A lawyer by profession and a specialist in Corporate Governance, Allen Choruma has worked in Zimbabwe and USA for more than 18 years. His experience extends to other fields such as Company Secretarial, Insurance, Printing and Publishing as well as Banking, having worked to for a number of organisations in both Zimbabwe and the USA.

Mr
Moris Bekezela Mpofu
Mr Mpofu was the pioneer Chief Executive of Homelink
(Pvt) Ltd from its inception till November 2005
when he was called back to the Reserve Bank to
head the Exchange Control - Imports Facilitation,
Validation and Administration Division (IFVA).
He pursued the homelink mandate with a passion
and drive which filtered down to his subordinates.
He had spent 14 years at the Reserve Bank of
Zimbabwe where he has gained considerable experience
in foreign exchange issues. He joined the Reserve
Bank in March 1991, as an Economist, after a
short stint with the then ANZGrindlays Bank.
He worked in the Balance of Payments, Monetary
Sector and External Debt sections of the Bank.
Mr Mpofu was Head of the External Debt Section
and Secretary for the External Loans Co-ordination
Committee from 1995 to 2000. In January 2001,
he was elevated to Assistant Director of Exchange
Control.

Dr
Eric Bloch
Dr Bloch is a well-known financial, management,
taxation and economic commentator and President
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1964 and
has been in public practice ever since.

Mr
Walter Chidakwa
Mr Chidakwa is General Manager of the Zimbabwe Export
Processing Zones Authority.
He has held this position since 1996, prior to which
he spent three years with the Zimbabwe Investment
Centre as Assistant Director in the Centre's Marketing
and Investor Services Departments.

Tavenganiswa Mabikacheche
Mr Mabikacheche is Chairman of the Estate Agents'
Council of Zimbabwe and Managing Director of Mabikacheche
& Associates.
He is a registered estate agent, Chairman of the
Estate Agents' Council of Zimbabwe Board of Examiners,
a board member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe,
a member of the High Court panel of valuers and
a past member of the Rent Board.

Shingirai Munyeza
Mr Munyeza is Chief Executive of Zimbabwe Sun and
President of the Zimbabwe Council for Tourism.
He trained as an accountant with Ernst & Young,
which he left as an Audit Manager after eight years
to join Colcom as the Group Finance Manager.

Robert Duncan Millar
Mr Millar is the immediate Past President of the
Zimbabwe Tobacco Association and a member of the
Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Foreign Currency Auction
Board.
He was educated in Mutare and did his agricultural
training at Gwebi Agricultural College

Emmanuel Munyukwi
Mr Munyukwi is Chief Executive Officer of the Zimbabwe
Stock Exchange. He has considerable experience in
the financial and capital markets both locally and
internationally.
Prior to joining the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in
1997 he was Group Treasurer of Nedlaw Group of Companies
and Director of Art Corporation.

David Munyoro
Mr Munyoro is Permanent Secretary in the Ministry
of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.
He has 24 years experience within government, most
of which were in local government. He spent
14 years as a District Administrator and five years
as Provincial Administrator.

Mr Alfred Evrate Makwarimba
Mr Makwarimba spent more than 15 years with the Trade Union
Movement. He was appointed the 1st President of Zimbabwe
Congress of Trade Union (ZCTU) in 1981.
Notable during his tenure in his
chairing of the workers committee between 1970 and 1981 he was
invited to Russia and Geneva where he was representing workers. In
that capacity, he was exposed to a number of issues relating to workers.

Mr Michael Bimha
Mr Bimha is the Group Human Resources Manager for SMM
Holdings. He boasts a wealth of experience in the Human Resource
field amassed over the past 20 years.
Mr Bimha has worked for various institutions including Tanganda Tea
Company and Anglo American. He is the former President of the
Institute of Personnel Management (IPMZ) and is the current President
of the Employers Confederation of Zimbabwe (EMCOZ).
